Job summary

DoGo Power is seeking a dedicated sales leader in Malaysia to achieve annual targets and build a local sales team from the ground up. You will recruit, train, and motivate local representatives, develop team strategies, and oversee target allocation to maximize team effectiveness.

You will guide the development of new customers and manage strategic accounts, while conducting market research and providing localized product recommendations to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with an engineering background preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in energy storage or microgrid projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales orders and revenue targets within the jurisdiction.
• Build a local sales team from scratch, including recruiting, training, motivating, and managing local sales representatives.
• Develop team sales strategies, allocate sales targets, and supervise their implementation to ensure the overall combat effectiveness of the team.
• Lead the team to develop new customers and manage strategic customers, providing sales support and guidance to the team.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and provide localized product and market strategy recommendations to headquarters.
• Work closely with channel managers to jointly develop local channel networks.
• Regularly report team sales forecasts, performance progress, and market dynamics.
