Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager for an environmental tech client to expand market share. You will identify new opportunities and develop partnerships to convert them into successful projects.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships, tailor solutions, mentor the team, and collaborate with internal departments to drive growth while monitoring industry regulations impacting strategy. Palm oil mill experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Strong biogas and WWTP knowledge; palm oil mill exposure a plus.
• Proven sales and project management track record.
• Excellent negotiation and communication across levels.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any other related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries, with experience in the Palm Oil Mill Industry being an advantage.
• Possess good track record in closing sales and project management
• Possess skills in negotiating agreements and communicating effectively for all levels
• Self-motivated and can take a project from start to finish
