Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Sales Manager in Malaysia to expand market share in biogas and wastewater treatment sectors. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and build strong client relationships while mentoring your team and coordinating with internal departments to deliver sustainable projects.

The role requires a degree in engineering or a related field, with experience in closing sales, project management, and strong negotiation skills.

skills and requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any other related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries, with experience in the Palm Oil Mill Industry being an advantage.
• Possess good track record in closing sales and project management
• Possess skills in negotiating agreements and communicating effectively for all levels
• Self-motivated and can take a project from start to finish
