Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to expand market share in biogas and wastewater treatment sectors, identifying new opportunities and closing deals in the Kuala Lumpur area.

You will develop strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and mentor a team while collaborating with internal departments to drive successful projects and compliant business practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries; experience in Palm Oil Mill industry is a plus.
• Track record of closing sales and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in biogas and wastewater treatment markets.
• Develop business plans and partnerships to convert opportunities into projects.
• Build relationships with clients and tailor solutions to client needs.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any other related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries, with experience in the Palm Oil Mill Industry being an advantage.
• Possess good track record in closing sales and project management
• Possess skills in negotiating agreements and communicating effectively for all levels
• Self-motivated and can take a project from start to finish
