SIAONE INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Manager for Building Materials to lead the Structure Channel, Construction Fasteners, and Structural Components business in Malaysia.

You will drive market development, manage sales channels, and build strategic relationships with Consultants and Main Contractors to win projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials within the construction industry.
• At least 3 years focused on structural steel, construction fasteners, or related structural components.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia's construction market operations and procurement processes.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Structure Channel, construction fasteners, and structural components across Malaysia's building and construction sector.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with Consultants and Main Contractors; manage channel partners and a network of distributors.
