Based on the company's annual business objectives and operating plan, formulate the annual work plan for the Marketing Department and the breakdown plan for business targets. Take overall responsibility for the company's marketing, market development, and brand enhancement, and formulate specific plans and implementation schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate the annual work plan for the Marketing Department and the breakdown plan for business targets based on the company's annual business objectives and operating plan


• Establish and improve the company's management systems, processes, and corresponding administrative measures for marketing, market development, and brand enhancement


• Organize market research and market analysis, and gather business information such as competitor intelligence, market feedback, and customer needs


• Prepare analytical reports based on the company's business development strategy and market analysis for reference in corporate decision-making


• Take responsibility for daily departmental management, achieving all business targets, and conducting business performance assessments of each sales department


• Participate in corporate business decision-making and provide market information support for such decisions

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields


• More than 5 years of experience in marketing management
