We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Malaysia team. As a core member responsible for driving revenue growth in the Malaysian market, you will play a key role in boosting regional sales performance and expanding the company's market share. Your work will focus on exploring new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of regional business objectives.
- Focus on industrial process automation and digitalization solutions, explore and develop new business opportunities in the Malaysian market, and establish stable business growth channels.
- Formulate comprehensive regional sales strategies and implement sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth indicators.
- Proactively identify potential customers, screen valid sales leads, build and maintain a high-quality sales funnel to support continuous business progress.
- Deepen existing customer resources, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships, accurately grasp customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, provide professional insights and tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives, and enhance customer engagement.
- Have a thorough understanding of SUPCON's product and solution portfolio, accurately convey the core value and competitive advantages of products to customers, and promote solution implementation.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to customize personalized solutions based on specific customer needs, ensuring they fit customer business scenarios and practical requirements.
- Continuously monitor local industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities in Malaysia, and promptly capture market changes and potential opportunities.
- Conduct market research and data analysis, issue market analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's business expansion direction and product optimization and upgrading.
- Collaborate with regional sales team members, share business ideas and practical experience, optimize market entry strategies, and improve overall market expansion efficiency.
- Coordinate with headquarters teams in China to ensure consistent value proposition communication, standardized sales processes, and compliance with sales report submission and data synchronization requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and accurate sales forecasts to provide reliable basis for headquarters decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and implementation plans, and continuously improve sales results.
- 28-45 years old, in good health, Malaysian national, able to adapt to cross-cultural working environment, and accept business trips within the region.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malay (both spoken and written) as working languages; proficient in Chinese to communicate smoothly with headquarters and technical teams in China.
- No criminal record, with high professional ethics, sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, able to independently respond to various challenges in regional sales work.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Automation, Electronic Engineering or related majors.
- Priority given to candidates with study or work experience in Malaysia; additional points for those familiar with local business rules, cultural customs and industrial market environment.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in industrial automation, process control or digitalization solutions; priority given to candidates with sales experience in the Malaysian market and industry customer resources.
- Excellent business negotiation skills, customer development capabilities and sales closed-loop thinking, with proven track records of achieving sales targets and ability to independently complete the entire sales process.
- Additional points for those familiar with the industrial market structure, industry policies and import-export regulations in Malaysia, and understanding the needs of local industrial customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common data analysis tools, with good report writing and data interpretation capabilities.
- Strong cross-team collaboration awareness, able to effectively coordinate with technical and headquarters teams to promote work, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and execution capabilities.
- Experience in cross-cultural team collaboration in the industrial automation industry, or successful cases of developing Malaysian industrial customers and securing large-value sales orders.
- In-depth understanding of SUPCON's core products and competitors' products, with relevant industry technical background.
