MCC Industrial Systems (M) Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor seeks a Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive targets across Malaysia. The role focuses on developing strategies, nurturing client relationships, and monitoring market trends to stay competitive.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in a related field with 3–5 years in sales management or industrial sales, and Mandarin proficiency is compulsory to engage with key partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales management or industrial sales.
• Mandarin language is COMPULSORY.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
