Job summary

Glints in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive business growth for smart intercom and access control solutions. The role requires managing channel partnerships across the region and expanding direct sales with key accounts, with travel to Xiamen, China.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in English and Chinese. Familiarity with international trade processes and regulations is preferred, and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Familiarity with international trade business processes, foreign trade documents, and international market regulations/policies.
• Enthusiastic about overseas sales, strong execution ability, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Formulate sales strategies aligned with company goals to achieve sales targets for our products.
• Maintain existing channel partnerships in the region, enhance customer relationships, and develop lower-level channels to expand market coverage.
• Maintain and expand direct sales key accounts; develop new customers through multiple channels.
• Collect and analyze market-related information to inform business decisions.
