Rasniaga Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Sales Manager for its used-car division. You will lead the sales team, shape strategies, and drive targets while ensuring top customer service and showroom excellence. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in car sales, preferably used/reconditioned vehicles.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills required.
• Familiarity with local automotive financing and trade-in processes.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

4. Market Knowledge & Sourcing

• Stay updated on the Malaysian used car market trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with procurement team to ensure the perfect and high demand ready stock inventory.
• Assist in pricing decisions and ensure vehicles are competitively positioned in the market.

5. Advertising & Promotion

• Coordinate with marketing team to promote car listings on various social media and selling platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Mudah.my, Carlist.my, Facebook Marketplace and etc.
• Recommend promotions, trade-in campaigns, and weekend events to boost showroom traffic.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure sales transactions comply with JPJ regulations, financing procedures, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or manual systems.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in car sales, preferably in the reconditioned/used car segment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with local automotive financing and trade-in processes.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
