Job summary

Only World Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to guide and grow a high-performing team in Penang. The role focuses on setting clear objectives, crafting effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth across key accounts.

Candidate should bring 8+ years in sales management, strong communication and Mandarin language preference, and a proven ability to coach others while collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a sales management role, preferably within the sales industry.
• Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address sales challenges.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to business communication need.
