Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architectural Engineering or related disciplines.
• Preferred BIM expertise and digital construction knowledge.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers from target market (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS consultants) via telephone, email and outdoor visits.
• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Arrange demonstrations of BIM software and present to customers.
• Generate weekly sales reports for management.
• Provide pre-sales support from software consultants and post-sales assistance for implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related disciplines
