Job summary

SPRITZER Group, a leading Malaysian bottled water producer, seeks a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage daily order entry, inventory forecasting, and delivery coordination from Taiping, Perak. You will liaise with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts to ensure accurate orders, timely shipments, and proper documentation.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain, independent work capability, and strong coordination with logistics and customer systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field is required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of inventory availability, production output schedules and truck/trailer coordination.
• Understanding of customer systems such as E-invoicing platforms (B2B/AAB).
• Capable of managing documentation (POs, invoices, RMAs, shipment records).
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned customers and process daily order entry in ERP.
• Review orders for accuracy in items, quantity, and pricing.
• Resolve discrepancies with Sales or escalate when needed.
• Review inventory and forecast to support order commitments.
• Communicate stock availability and delivery timelines to customers.
• Reschedule deliveries based on inventory, production, and transport availability.
• Coordinate truck/container scheduling and loading arrangements.
• Liaise with warehouse and customers on container loading plans.
• Inform customers on shipment updates, delays, and vessel status.
• Follow up on customer payments and verify with Accounts.
• Generate tax invoices for shipments.
• Maintain PO filing, documentation, and records.
• Update E-invoice systems for specific customers (e.g., B2B, AAB).
• Manage RMA process for returns, damages, or shortages.
• Liaise with logistics for product disputes (GRN/POD issues) and ensure closure.
• Coordinate pallets/empty bins return for production continuity.
• Weekly tracking of order fulfilment and sales volume reporting.
• Review and report Customer Forecast vs Actual load to avoid over-commitment.
• Support backup coverage and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Willing to work at Taiping, Perak.
