Job summary

KMS MANUFACTORY SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to manage daily sales documentation, orders, and coordination between departments.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers, plus familiarity with shipping and procurement processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or SPM, at least two years in a related field, and is capable of handling packing lists, delivery notes, and delivery schedules at Bertam Technology Park

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any field is required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field; steel industries experience is a plus.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers.
• Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at Bertam Technology Park.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily sales administration activities (quotation, contract, invoice, Sales PO, documentation processing).
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines.
• Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment.
• Assist in following up on the status of the order and monitor closely.
• Update customers on the ETA (estimated time of arrival).
• Ensure prompt follow up to ensure stock is delivered on time.
• Prepare packing list and delivery note and related shipping documents.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment order and local delivery arrangement.
• Update and maintain delivery schedules & shipment records in the system.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
