Job summary

GOODNITE SDN. BHD. is expanding its sales footprint in Malaysia, seeking a professional to actively develop the market and build strong customer relationships.

The role involves achieving sales targets, managing an outlet area, and ensuring brand image and service quality align with company standards. You will collaborate with the Sales, Design, and Admin teams, obtain orders, perform site measurements, provide quotations, and maintain robust end-user relationships.

Job description

Required to actively develop the market.

Maintain customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and event sales targets.

Ensure the company’s brand image, service quality, and sales processes consistently meet company standards.

Managing an individual’s Outlet Area of responsibility.

Manage End User Relationships.

Obtain Sales Orders (SO) and manage customer data.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Sales team.

Collaborate and coordinate effectively with Designers and the Admin team.

Perform Site Measurements and Provide Quotations.

Customer Relationship Management Responsibilities.

Report Management and Sales Report Submission Procedures.
