Job summary

COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Assistant Sales Manager to lead a small sales team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer service in our store. You will model the customer-first approach, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

You will oversee daily store operations, stock, merchandising and staff training, while partnering with the Sales Manager to analyze trends.

• Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry
• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems

We are looking for a talented Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD. In this full-time, in-person role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key part in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience in our retail store.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and support a team of retail sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service

weekdays working hours shorter then normal office hours
