Biomedia Holdings is expanding its life sciences footprint and seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead the regional sales team in Malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and align sales strategies with market trends.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare sales, leadership experience, and solid knowledge of medical products and CRM tools. You will collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years in healthcare sales with leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of medical products and their applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with sales management software, CRM systems, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team on sales practices and product knowledge.
• Present and communicate the value propositions of products to clients during pitches and events.
• Analyse sales data, prepare forecasts, and generate reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to optimize performance.
• Lead negotiations with key clients and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
