Job summary

Biomedia Holdings is seeking an experienced Head of Sales for the Southeast Asia region. You will lead a high-performing team selling diagnostics, lab technologies, and related services to healthcare providers, researchers, and pharma partners.

The role requires a track record in healthcare sales, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate market insights into winning strategies. Location: Malaysia; on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 5+ years of healthcare sales with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical products and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training to the sales team.
• Present value propositions to clients during pitches and trade shows.
• Analyze sales data, forecast, and report to leadership.
