Job summary

OpenLearning is seeking a Sales Intern in Kuala Lumpur to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales strategy. You will generate leads through cold calling and manage inbound campaigns to build a healthy pipeline, while receiving ongoing mentoring from the team.

The role focuses on hands-on learning, industry awareness and delivering qualified prospects, with a 3–6 month paid internship starting June onwards at a conveniently located office near KL Sentral.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business studies, Mass Communications, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling activities while managing inbound campaigns to build a healthy funnel of prospects/leads.
• Ensure high quality handover of qualified prospects according to qualification screening criteria.
• Keep up-to-date with industry news and changes.
• Receive mentoring and support from the team.
