Job summary

RegalRexnord in Malaysia is seeking a proactive intern to drive sales and business development for the local market. The role focuses on developing OEM customers, hunting new business, and coordinating full-cycle project bids from product matching to pricing quotations.

You will expand channels, manage stakeholder relationships, track project pipelines, and collaborate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects while supporting marketing to strengthen the company brand.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop OEM customers in Malaysia, drive new business hunting, build targeted customer connections for project cooperation, provide full-process solutions covering product matching and pricing quotation, and achieve the annual AOP sales target.
• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network.
• Responsible for tracking, bidding, signing orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline.
• Cooperate with design institutions and industrial agents to bid for projects; work with marketing team to build up company branding.
