MOCHI Technologies in Malaysia offers a Sales Support Intern position, on-site at Bukit Indah, JB. You will gain real-world experience in customer engagement, market research, and lead generation while supporting the sales team.

Ideal candidates are Diploma or Bachelor’s students in Business or Marketing with full working rights in Malaysia, proficiency in English (Mandarin a plus), and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Verify customer details and documents before submitting cases.
• Arrange and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure a smooth service experience.
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide updates on service or installation progress.
• Introduce suitable product upgrades, promotions, and additional services.
• Support the sales team with daily activities and customer follow-ups.
• Update customer records and maintain accurate sales reports.

What You'll Do
