Job summary

The Access Group, KL-based Global Operations Centre, is seeking a motivated and curious Digital Sales Representative Intern to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS sales environment. You will support prospecting, lead qualification, customer outreach, and account research while building essential sales skills in a collaborative team.

Based in our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid model, you’ll work with experienced sales professionals, participate in training, and learn modern sales

Qualifications

• Current student, recent graduate, or someone starting a career in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and handling feedback.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, and business development.
• No prior sales experience is required; attitude and work ethic are valued above all.

Responsibilities

• Supporting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Researching prospects, accounts, and market opportunities.
• Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Participating in sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Learning sales methodologies such as BANT and MEDDPICC.
• Leveraging AI-powered sales tools to improve productivity.
