Job summary

Anite in Penang, Malaysia is hiring an experienced Sales Incentive Operating Manager to lead the execution and governance of global sales compensation programs. You will drive payout operations, data validation, and reporting while mentoring a team of Analysts and partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and regional stakeholders.

The role ensures accurate, timely payout of incentives, supports annual planning, and champions process improvements that reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in sales compensation operations, finance operations, HR compensation, or analytics.
• Experience leading people and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience supporting regional/global sales compensation across multiple countries or units.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of sales compensation administration, including payout execution, validation, exception management, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coach and develop Sales Incentive Pay Analysts or related team members, guiding priorities and quality standards.
• Ensure compensation processes are accurate and timely per plan documents, calendars, and internal controls.
• Review complex payout calculations, adjustments, exceptions, and reconciliations before submission.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and region stakeholders to resolve compensation issues.
• Maintain governance through process docs, audit trails, and data validation evidence.
• Monitor payout trends, exception volumes, service levels, and process risks; provide leadership insights.
• Support annual compensation planning, quota alignment, system readiness, and change management for new incentive programs.
• Lead continuous improvement to simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve reporting quality.
