Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Personal Financing-i (PF-i) Sales Executive to drive PF-i product sales and deliver excellent customer service.

You will set appointments, plan sales activities, and cross-sell banking products while building trust with local customers in Fraser's Hill.

Candidates have a bachelor degree and at least 1 year in sales or customer service, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF-i products.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leads.
• Set appointments, carry-out sales calls where necessary, prospecting and early engagement with new to bank customers.
• Cross selling of other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit cards etc.
• Deliver high standard customer experience.
