Job summary

Biovista Lifesciences Sdn Bhd, a privately-held agrochemical company based in southern Kuala Lumpur, seeks a proactive candidate for order processing and sales support. You will coordinate deliveries, liaise with distributors and forwarders, and handle inquiries and quotations for East Malaysia markets.

The role involves processing invoices, delivery orders, and supporting the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies/Administration or Degree in any Science discipline is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field or multitasking experience.
• Able to work under minimal supervision, detail oriented, self-driven and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing including planning and arrangement of delivery including liaise with forwarders/shipping lines.

• Handling of ad-hoc export shipments and documentations.
