Job summary

TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Sales Executive to grow the printing and packaging business. You will identify opportunities, approach prospects, and convert them into long-term customers while coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders and ensure satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience in the printing/packaging sector, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in printing and packaging.
• Knowledge or experience in offset printing and flexible packaging printing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Proactively prospect, approach, and acquire new customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify their printing and packaging needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and QA/QC to ensure order fulfilment.
• Provide product recommendations and support customers with printing/packaging solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Follow up on customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
