Job summary

UMETOKU (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a committed sales support professional in Shah Alam to strengthen customer relationships and drive new business. You will follow up on opportunities, provide technical and after-sales support, and help resolve client issues through clear discussions.

The role involves preparing comprehensive sales proposals, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with production to monitor order progress.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPTM or Diploma.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Word.
