Job summary

Absolute top power sdn bhd is seeking a Sales Executive for Motul Lubricant in Johor, Malaysia. Fresh graduates welcome. You will conduct selling and collection with local car workshops and develop and retain new and existing customers.

You will execute promotions, activations, sales negotiations, displays, campaigns and other trade activities as required by principals. Identify opportunities for visibility, product ranging, pricing and promotion, and work with the team to cascade plans to trade.

Responsibilities

• Execute promotion, activation, sales negotiation, display, campaign and other trade activities to the requirements of principals.
• Capable of basic key accounts planning in accordance to retailers' activities calendar.
• Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with retailers' buyers and managers.
• Work closely with Team Lead and principal's person-in-charge to understand company's plans and brands' strategy to cascade to the trade as execution.
• Identify opportunities in the trade in terms of visibility, availability, product ranging, pricing and promotion.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, collection and other fundamental targets.
