Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive (Medical Devices & Disposables) to develop relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams. You will promote devices and disposables, deliver product demonstrations, and support OT sales with training and pre/post-sales visits.

Travel to meet clients and attend procedures may be required as you expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical devices.
• Willing to travel to meet clients and attend procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
• Promote and sell medical devices and disposables to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to medical staff.
• Conduct pre- and post-sales visits to operating theaters (OT) to support healthcare providers with product usage.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market share.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
