Job summary

Spine Matrix Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Medical Device Sales Executive to drive sales across West Malaysia in the spine and sport implant segment. You will provide exceptional service, manage customer relationships, and support surgeons and theatre staff during procedures.

The role requires a diploma in medical science or equivalent, strong English and communication skills, and the ability to travel. A base salary with commission and benefits is offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Medical Science or equivalent required.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel and self-motivated with independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of sales activities in the Spine & Sport Implant field.
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist surgeons and scrub nurses in Operation Theatre as needed.
• Develop product sales and demos in assigned territory.
• Service existing accounts and create new ones through daily planning and scheduling.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.

Responsibilities:

• · Responsible for the full spectrum of the sales activities
• · To provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers
• · To be able to attend and assist the surgeons and scrub nurses in Operation Theatre.
• · To develop product sales/ Demo in assigned territory as defined by the company.
• · To service existing customer accounts, maintaining existing Sales and establish new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• · To resolve customer's complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendation to management.
• · To achieve sales target set by company.(Product and Sales Training will be Provided)

Requirements:

• · Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Medical Science or equivalent.
• · Good command of English language.
• · Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Working experience in Operating Theater background will be added advantage)
• · Applicants must be willing to work independent and self-motivation.
• · Possess own transportation with a valid Car driving license and willing to travel.
• · Good communication skills and great pleasant personality.
