Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or related field.
• Certifications: PCE (Life/General), CEILLI, and FIMM/IPPC as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to build client trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive ASB financing sales to new and existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for personal loans and credit cards.
• Participate in multi-channel marketing, roadshows, and telemarketing to generate leads.
• Assist customers with filling forms and income documents.
• Explain product features, rates, and repayment terms clearly.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AMLA, PDPA and related policies.
• Grow Islamic product portfolios through relationship management and new-to-bank clients.
• Adhere to bank policies and internal SOPs during all transactions and interactions.
