Job summary

COLLA NIAGA SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a sales professional to develop opportunities in the frozen food segment by identifying and approaching potential customers, including central kitchens, catering companies, and restaurants, to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

The role requires a Diploma in Business or Marketing, sales experience in frozen foods or F&B, strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive, target-driven attitude, and willingness to travel for

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in frozen food, food service, or the F&B industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
• Knowledge of meat products, cuts, and industry standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management.
