Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities for semiconductor manufacturers, electronic component manufacturers, and EMS companies.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable equipment solutions.
• Provide product proposals, basic technical explanations, and demonstrations to customers.
• Prepare quotation documents based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate equipment installation projects, including schedule planning, delivery coordination, and specification clarification.
• Liaise with internal engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth installation and handover.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to understand ongoing requirements and future investment plans.
• Support after-sales service teams by communicating customer feedback and technical considerations.

Key Responsibility

Sales & Business Development

Conduct sales activities for semiconductor manufacturers, electronic component manufacturers, and EMS companies.

Identify customer needs and propose suitable equipment solutions.

Technical Consultation

Provide product proposals, basic technical explanations, and demonstrations to customers.

Prepare quotation documents based on customer specifications and project requirements.

Project Coordination

Manage and coordinate equipment installation projects, including schedule planning, delivery coordination, and specification clarification.

Liaise with internal engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth installation and handover.

Customer Support
