• Identify upcoming projects and steer them to use our Busduct products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up tenders, negotiate, and hit sales targets.
• Provide basic product presentations.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Sales Executive / Engineer (Busduct / Busway)

We are a US-China joint venture making high-quality Busduct (Busway) systems. We have our big factory in Chengdu, China, and our office is in Mont Kiara, KL. Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we can offer really competitive prices and fast delivery. Now, we want to grow our business in Malaysia!

Who We Are Looking For

We need a hungry and energetic Sales Executive / Engineer to help us run the Malaysian market. You can be someone with 1-2 years of electrical sales experience, or a fresh grad who is really eager to learn and make money. Your main job is to go out there, meet people, find projects, and close deals.

What You Will Do

• Get Out There: Meet M&E consultants, developers, main contractors, and system integrators. Build good relationships with them.
• Track Projects: Find upcoming commercial, industrial, and data center projects. Make sure they use our Busduct products early on.
• Close Deals: Do quotations, follow up on tenders, negotiate, and hit your monthly sales targets.
• Basic Tech Support: Do basic product presentations .
• Know the Market: Keep an eye on what competitors are doing.

What You Need

• Experience: 1-2 years in B2B electrical sales (Busduct, Switchgear, Cable, etc.) is great. Fresh grads in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering are also welcome!
• Attitude: You must love meeting people and be okay with traveling to visit clients and sites frequently.
• Language: Good English and Bahasa Malaysia. While not mandatory, speaking Mandarin is a strong advantage for communicating with our China HQ.
• Network: If you already know some M&E consultants, even better!
