WCM Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive/Engineer to drive growth in Kota Damansara, Selangor. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and provide technical expertise to support sales in diesel and gas-powered generators for industrial sectors.

The role combines technical sales with customer service excellence, requiring strong communication, presentation skills and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales engineering or technical sales in machinery/industrial equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, product specs and industrial applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer service

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive / Engineer to join our dynamic team at WCM Machinery Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Personnel, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to support sales. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. Our main products are new & used generator sets sales and rental solutions for various sectors such as construction, government, oil & gas, utilities, events etc.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales leads in the local market

Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our innovative products and solutions

Providing technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met

Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction

Collaborating with the engineering and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's offerings

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the machinery or industrial equipment industry

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering principles, product specifications, and industrial applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A passion for the industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
