Job summary

Yong Tai Berhad in Malacca is seeking a Sales Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target market segments for Encore Melaka and The Pines Melaka. The role focuses on driving sales performance and maintaining accurate records to support KPIs.

You will support campaigns, assist in new sales programs, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, travel, tourism, or hospitality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin/Malay) preferred.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Hotel, Travel Agent or Event Companies experience preferable.

Requirements
