Job summary

Tai Sin Electric Cables (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturer and trader of electric wires and cables. The role focuses on preparing quotations, processing sales orders, updating stock and customer records, and supporting costing for new products. Mandarin communication is preferred to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.

Ideal candidates will handle weekly sales analyses, assist in project listings from BCI Asia, and support administrative duties alongside the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up on all quoted enquiries
• Process sales orders and update stock records
• Prepare all sales analysis reports
• Research project listings from BCI Asia and update project references
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Liaise with Design/Costing for new product costs and cost sheet updates
• Assist servicing of company customers as required
• Handle general administrative tasks and filing

Job description

Preparing quotation & follow up customer all quoted enquiries

Process sales order and update stock record

Preparing all sales analysis report

researching of projects listing from BCI Asia and update project reference listing

Maintain & update sales and customer records

Liaising and assisting Design/Costing personnel for new products cost and/or new updating cost sheet

Servicing of company customer whenever required

attending to others administrative, general correspondence and filling

Prefer Mandarin Speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
