Job summary

Hup Win Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins, promoting and selling awning, roofing, stainless steel and metal fabrication products.

You will arrange site visits, understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales, coordinating with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-in customers.
• Promote and sell awning, roofing, stainless steel and metal fabrication products.
• Arrange site visits and appointments with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operation and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on customer payments and project progress.
• Assist in marketing activities and social media promotions when required.
