HUP WIN SDN BHD in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a target-driven sales assistant to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins, identify customer needs, and present suitable awning and roofing solutions.

You will prepare quotations, arrange site visits, demonstrate samples, negotiate to close deals, coordinate with installation teams, and help achieve monthly targets in a friendly, training-oriented environment.

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk‑in customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable awning and roofing solutions.

Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.

Arrange and attend site visits to assess project requirements.

Present product samples and explain product specifications to customers.

Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.

Coordinate with the installation and operation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in sales, renovation, construction or building materials is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Self‑motivated, responsible and target‑oriented.

Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission.
