Ability to speak Mandarin and communicate with Chinese suppliers.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Malay.

Responsibilities

Serve as the central point of contact between Sales and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and track progress of multiple projects across different entities.
Follow up with department heads and partners to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
Support planning and organizing corporate events, meetings and conferences.
Accompany the Director on business trips, coordinating and providing on-site support.
Assist in business development tasks such as proposals, pitches, or presentations.
Draft, proofread and format professional documents and reports.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
