Job summary

Bee Hua Industrial Gasses Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru area is seeking a Sales/Account Executive to expand the customer base and promote our gas products and services. The role involves on-site discussions, quotation preparation, and close collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage inquiries across channels, and monitor market trends to close sales and support forecasted projects.

Responsibilities

• Seek new customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare price quotations and negotiate on behalf of the company.
• Observe customer financial strength before offering terms on-site.
• Maintain and build existing customer connections in person, by phone and email.
• Provide good service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Introduce and promote company products, services and promotions.
• Identify and handle customer problems by liaising with related departments.
• Respond promptly to emails, WhatsApp, Telegram and phone inquiries.
• Collect market and customer trend data and persuade buyers to close sales.
• Study forecasts of new projects to ensure requirements fit BHIG capability.
• Negotiate price, costs, delivery and specs with buyers and managers.
• Discuss credit terms with prospects and current customers for accounts team.

Job description

i. Seek for the new customers, discover new business opportunity, prepare the price quotation & handle negotiation on behalf of the company.

ii. To generally observe the customer financial capabilities before offering payment term by visiting on site, research and do general inquiry from the previous vendor.

iii. Maintain and build existing customer connections in person, over the phone, and via email.

iv. To provide good service for existing customers and make a good relationship with current customers.

v. To introduce and promote company products, services, and upcoming promotion.

vi. To identify & handle the customer’s problem and find a way to solve by liaising with related departments.

vii. Respond to incoming email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone inquiries promptly.

viii. Collect data on the market and customers trend, challenge any objection to persuade the buyer to buy and close the sales.

ix. To study the forecast of new projects or customer’s expectation and to ensure that the requirements are within BHIG’s capability.

x. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery, and specs with buyers and managers.

xi. To discuss with prospect & current customer related the credit term so the account department capable to maintain the balance.

xii. Update the manager on customer’s information collected, payment issues, result of discussion with client on daily basis, prepare & generate reports on Sales & Marketing performance.

Perform other related task and duties assigned by the superior.
