• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitor activities to support business strategy and product positioning.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information to meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, QA, etc.) to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and support smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance, follow up on enquiries, and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to promote products and expand market presence.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as required.
