Johawaki Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales professional to coordinate all sales activities, promotions, events and budgeting. You will monitor progress, forecast, and help plan annual sales strategies to meet profitability goals.

Responsibilities include developing new leads, managing referrals, attending to customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective after-sales service and delivery.

• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Represent the company value, mission, and vision.
• Develop new database and manage new leads, referrals and prospects.
• Strategize and plan annual sales for the whole year.
• Handle financial planning and budgeting, cost control and annual budget implementation.
• Provide after-sales service and address customer satisfaction and complaints.

Job description

1. To monitor & coordinating all sales matters including sales activities, sales promotion, events, sales budget & forecast, sales strategic & planning cost control.

2. To meet or exceeds sales and profitability goals

3. To represent the company value, mission, vision (Goals)

4. To develop new database and manage new leads, referrals and prospects

5. Strategize and annual planning for generating sales for whole year

6. Financial planning & budgeting - Cost control, sales budget preparation, negotiation, implementation on annual basis

7. After sales Service & delivery - To attend customer satisfaction and complaints
