• Provide information to customers including brochures and service details.
• Respond to inquiries by email or fax and process quotations.
• Arrange sample collection and deliver CoA or test reports to customers.
• Update customer contact details.
• Assist management with tenders and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
• Maintain and expand the company's relationship with existing customers and walk‑in customers.
• Serve existing customers and promote company products and testing services to new customers.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Prepare and process customer orders, furnishing quotations for approval or reviewing quotations.
• Assist and support the account manager in their sales operation.
• Take charge of inter‑company related clients.
• Maintain sales records and prepare reports, company quotations and parameters testing price lists.
• Provide information to customers including preparing and processing company brochures, company profile and service to walk‑in customers.
• Respond to incoming e‑mail or fax related to customer enquiries or requests for quotation.
• Arrange for sample collection and deliver company CoA or test reports to customers.
• Register, maintain and update all customers' contact phone numbers and addresses.
• Assist management in preparing tenders and contract relevant documentation.
• Interface effectively with other departments as necessary to ensure that certain works and assignments are completed just in time or delivered as scheduled.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
