Job summary

Selaman Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive property sales and lead strategic marketing initiatives for multiple projects.

You will coordinate exhibitions, roadshows, project launches and promotional events; handle customer inquiries from first contact to closing; and prepare sales reports, market analyses, and competitive assessments to guide decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience in property sales or real estate marketing.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Follow up with prospective buyers and provide after-sales support when required.
• Keep up to date with property market trends, project developments, and industry regulations.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales, real estate marketing, or a related industry.
• Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, exhibitions, roadshows, and special events when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation (preferred).
