Job summary

Mitraland Group is seeking a Sales Gallery Executive to manage day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, handle inquiries, explain projects to customers, and support on-site sales and contract signing. The role includes mortgage assistance, after-sales service, and maintaining showroom conditions.

You will assist in driving sales and marketing activities, coordinate product launches, and ensure timely processing of documents.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in business administration, management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the property development industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, committed and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Road Runner system is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support sales gallery operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintain sales office, mock up units and showroom in good conditions.
• To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Assist Head of Department to drive the overall sales and marketing activities.
• Spearhead and carry out product launching inclusive pre and post launch activities.
• Prompt coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales-related documentations.
• Assist in the handing over of vacant possession process.
• Assist in the organization and execution of administrative tasks related to sales events, open houses, and promotional activities at the sales gallery.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by the management.
