Job summary

Orient EuroPharma (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a driven sales professional to promote our products to retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores, achieving monthly and annual targets.

You will build relationships with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities while monitoring shelf presence and stock availability. The role also involves coordinating with distributors and reporting on sales activity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, dairy products, or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license, own transport, and willingness to travel within territory.

Drive Sales:

Relationship Builder:

Maintain strong bonds with existing clients while hunting for new business opportunities.

Market Watcher:

Conduct regular market visits to monitor shelf visibility, product availability, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.

Merchandising:

Ensure eye-catching product displays and promotional setups at retail outlets.

Coordination Pro:

Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.

Reporting:

Prepare insightful sales, customer visit, and market intelligence reports.

Event Champion:

Participate in exciting promotional campaigns, product launches, baby fairs, and trade events.

Servicing:

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, F&B, dairy products, or retail. Experience with milk powder or nutritional products is a huge plus.

A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Possess a valid driving license, own transport, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays for roadshows, baby fairs, and promotional events when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network with supermarkets, retail chains, pharmacies, or grocery retailers.

Experience working with distributors and retail merchandising.

Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
