Job summary

ASIA PUMP (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Sales Executive with a background in chemical engineering or business management. You will develop new customer bases, meet clients on schedule, and provide quotations and professional solutions to meet requirements.

The role requires at least 3 years in chemical process product sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Malaysia to support customers, with a monthly target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in chemical process products.
• Experience in wet process solution or industrial pump is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer base and meet customers on schedule to boost satisfaction and relations.
• Provide quotations and professional solutions per customer requirements.
• Conduct pre- or post-sales analysis and product demonstrations.
• Set sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends.
• Generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, qualification, and closing.
• Travel within Malaysia; attend weekly meetings to hit targets.

Job description

Develop new customer base. Meet existing or new customers in schedule basis in order to enhance customer's satisfaction and relation.

Provide quotation and professional solutions according to customers' requirements. Participate and contributing effort with internal co-workers to identify customers' requirements professionally.

Conduct pre or post sales analysis presentation to management and product demonstration to customers.

Determine sales and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.

Generate sales revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing solution, forecasting & closing sales.

Explore, develop and execute sales strategies in achieving sales objectives.

Meeting Weekly to achieve monthly sales target.

Requirements:-

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Management.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in chemical process products is required.

Experience in wet process solution or industrial pump will be added advantages.

Candidate must be an independent person who is self-disciplined and self-motivated with strong communication, presentation, leadership and analytical skills.

Good interpersonal and negotiation skill, highly adaptive to fast and dynamic working environment.

Have a Valid Class D Driving License, Willing to travel within Malaysia, based in either Bukit Tengah, Penang or Melaka vice and versa.
