Job summary

Solo Labeller Technology Sdn Bhd is expanding its Sales Team in Malaysia. We are seeking motivated individuals to build a rewarding career in the Industrial Automation, Labelling & Packaging Machinery industry, with a clear path to growth.

You will develop new customers, manage existing accounts, visit manufacturing sites, and tailor solutions with our technical teams. Fresh graduates are welcome — full training will be provided, and attractive incentives accompany a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Visit manufacturing customers to understand their production and labelling requirements.
• Recommend suitable labelling machines, printing solutions and automation systems based on customer applications.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing projects.
• Work closely with our technical and engineering teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements and potential new applications.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and good after-sales follow-up.

Requirements

SPM/ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Qualification in any field.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, industrial equipment, machinery, automation, packaging, printing or manufacturing will have an added advantage.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage for communicating with relevant customers. (Include only if genuinely required for the role.)

Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to meet customers.

Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.

Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Based in / willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
