in Malaysia is seeking a determined Sales Executive / Sales Support Executive to manage day-to-day customer accounts and support nationwide expansion. You will maintain sales data, build client relationships, answer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email, process orders, and coordinate delivery with the warehouse, working with sales and technical teams to ensure fast responses and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any field; enthusiastic fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Strong willingness to learn with high self-learning ability and a positive attitude.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Why Us

Basic salary + uncapped commission

Rewarding quarterly target incentives and 1-3 months annual performance bonus.

RM 0.70/km mileage claim plus 100% reimbursement for petrol, toll, and parking.

What you will do

Maintain and update sales databases, customer records, and transaction documentation.

Build and maintain close, positive relationships with new and existing customer accounts.

Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to handle product and quotation inquiries.

Enter sales orders into the system and coordinate delivery or pickup with the warehouse.

Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure fast response times and smooth order fulfillment.

What you need
